Afternoon Caveman Grill, used it yesterday for the first time and it was excellent.
A couple points you may want to consider?
I almost didn't buy it do to some concerns about the sides coming loose, which most likely were not side loaded into place? That was just this past July, maybe a more detailed reply won't scare off customers.
I tried calling, left a voice msg, no answer or call back, multiple emails until I got a reply. Plus, if you're going to have a Facebook Group you might want to monitor it.
Highly suggest you up your communication strategy. You have an excellent product, hate to see you possibly losing business.

I absolutely love this grill. It is perfect for our van conversion. Lightweight and folds down for storage perfectly. My only issue is the ends do not stay in without some help. They pop in when they should pop out for support. Four small clevis pins solved that problem. Haven’t used the griddle yet but will be trying that out this weekend. I would suggest marking the side the food is on if using wood for heat.

I rated my Caveman Grill four stars, it's more like 4.5 stars.
I've used it a few times now. I had a hard time getting a good charcoal fired base. At home I use a charcoal chimney that doesn't require me to use starter fluid. But when camping I don't bring that with. I solved my problem by adding a few kingsford Match Light briquettes. Another problem I had, the side panels came detached from their locking indent when I was flipping a couple steaks. The grill doesn't fall apart but does start to wiggle when this happened. I solved that from happening again by making 4 aluminum wedges that I slip into the notch where the locking indent is. The sides are locked in place until I remove the aluminum wedges. Overall I really like the light weight portability of the grill. One more note I bought a square Webber grill dome to cover the grill top contents. If you're looking for another accessory idea. Make a dome that covers the whole cooking surface. The dome helps with cooking holding in the heat.
