Love this grill brush. So easy to clean the grill and I just put it in the dishwasher to clean it. It doesn’t dry in there but I just take it out and put it on the counter to dry.

I gave a 5 Star review for this product but I will give a 1 Star review for their customer service. Let me explain. My order number is GR675273. I ordered 1 Handle, 2 cleaning heads and 1 tank. I received only 1 cleaning head with my order. I sent an email explaining the situation and have yet to hear back or receive a cleaning head to complete my order. Ironic that they are giving away my exact order for a review but couldn’t complete an order I purchased.

The head part of the brush was extremely difficult to remove and the clips broke when trying to remove. However, they replaced with a new brush head fairly quickly. Brush works as expected.

The head pops off too easily. it doesn’t clean as effortlessly as pictured/described. Still, it does work fairly well. But the build quality and results were disappointing considering the price. But, yes, I appreciate cleaning a grill is a difficult challenge to solve.

The Grill Rescue scraper is a wonderful way to clean up that dirty grill after each use. Being soft but strong, it clezz as an up the warm leftover bits from the grill without leaving brush fibers, or scratching the grill. Great gift, too!
