I love my Grill Rescue products. I would have given a review of 5 out of 5 but I will only give them a (4 out of 5) for one reason only, they continually hounded me to write a review before I had actually used their products. I have found them extremely annoying and have let them know how I feel about harassing me for a review. Their customer service has been exceptional! They made a mistake with my original order (they actually shipped me an extra product and forgot one). Within 24 hours, they sent me the missing item at no additional charge and I was able to keep the extra item. The grill rescue cleaning brush worked as advertised, did a great job, and was simple to use. I worked my way through college as a grill cook and cleaned the grill everyday using water. Plain water on a hot grill is the unknown hero to cleaning many different grill items. I highly recommend Grill Rescue based on customer service and their products work as advertised. My regret only giving them 4 stars was the continual hounding via email to write a product review.
