Ordered over two months ago and still haven’t received my complete order. Company has been unresponsive when requesting a tracking number. I was excited by the prospect of a great product but the customer service and lack of communication has spoiled the experience.

Works perfect. So much better than what I was using before. I look forward to grilling more because it's not such a chore to prepare the grill.

I never received the dunk tank

I have seen your ads and have always been intrigued. My husband and I grilled out and he used the metal brush to scrape the grill and then when we were eating he had a bristle in his meat. I immediately went to your site and ordered one for every griller in our friends/family that we love and cherish. We love this product and feel you are saving lives. Thank you, Colleen

This is flimsy plastic. I thought it would be better.

The clip on the sponge was broke won’t snap on the handle so now I can’t use it till I get a new one

I never received this product and have sent several emails and picture of the packaging I did get without a response. I went to follow up again and now the emails are bouncing back saying the mailbox is full. Very disappointing.

I never received this product. I ordered it, my order took forever to arrive, and this item was not in the order. I informed Grill Rescue, and they said they would send a new one, but still nothing.

I wish I had received them to review. I am sure they would have been nice... I was told they would send them when I let them know they were not in the delivery that was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. My original order was placed June 14th, received part of it on July 6th now July 31st still waiting for the 3 dunk tanks I ordered.

Took about 2 months to get this despite them promising on their own website any order ships within a day. It took me four emails to their customer service to get some action. They kept sending me shipping numbers that showed no activity. I kept reminding them they took my money immediately with no product sent. This is the last time I will do business with Grill Rescue. I have 2 experiences with them that were exactly the same. The BBB has hundreds of complaints about them that are similar to mine. Beware! They’re terrible! Just scammers.

Didn’t receive as ordered

Not sure how the product works I ordered it and didn’t receive it. I reached out to the support staff for either the product to be delivered or refunded my money. It’s been nearly two weeks and I have not received a response. Very poor customer service to say the least.

Durable construction and works like the bucket it is.

I love the style and the fact that it folds up for easy storage. Only thing is that the straps tend to fall inward and get in the water and in the way when dunking the brush. Also I learned that I can’t just leave the brush in the tank while I’m cooking or it pulls down one side and dumps out the water . My suggestion is to add a stronger wire inside the bag around the edges to make a frame for more rigidity while keeping it collapsible. Also a couple of small velcro squares on the outside fixed the strap issues.

The product is what we thought it would be. The shipping took over a month longer than what was advertised, so do not expect this item to come in a timely manner.

Great product

Shipping took a full month and I was still missing the dunk tank from my order. Looking on Facebook, apparently there are lots of missing or unfulfilled orders. Then you get a full email inbox notice when you try to contact them. Until they figure out their shipping and customer service, I’d stay away.

If I could give it zero stars I would! I ordered 2 of these with 2 brushes and only got the brushes and emailed the company to figure out where they are and still haven’t heard back… will update if I get them but as of now don’t waste your money is my only advice!!

Have not received them. I reached out to customer service last week and they asked for me to send a picture of what I received… which was nothing… said they would send… still haven’t received.

I purchased the multi bundle and shared it with my son. I was able to use it last weekend on my grill and it worked out great! I feel much better knowing that my family is safe when eating barbecue!

This is a review of their Customer Service. I have called with no answer and emailed with no reply. Website says immediate response by phone and 1-2 hours by email. Neither one is correct. I did not receive my full order thus the reason for trying to get a hold of someone.
